💙 Celebrating Adult Day Services Week! 💙

This week, we’re proud to celebrate Adult Day Services Week and shine a spotlight on the incredible community at the Gateways Adult Day Center!

Our Adult Day Center provides a welcoming, supportive place where older adults can stay active, build friendships, enjoy meaningful activities, and receive the individualized care they need. From music and games to social activities and health support, every day is about connection, engagement, and helping people continue to thrive in their community.

Adult Day Services also provide an important source of support and respite for family caregivers, giving them peace of mind knowing their loved ones are spending the day in a safe, caring environment.

A special thank you to our dedicated Adult Day Center staff, whose compassion and commitment make a difference every single day. And to our participants and families thank you for allowing Gateways to be part of your lives. 💙

💙 DSP Recognition Week may have been last week, but our appreciation for Direct Support Professionals continues every day!

To celebrate, members of our Service Coordination, Adult Services, and Human Resources teams came together to create flags honoring DSPs throughout our community. Each handwritten name represents someone whose compassion, dedication, and commitment make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The flags are now proudly displayed on the Gateways lawn a wonderful reminder of the many incredible professionals supporting people with disabilities throughout New Hampshire.

To every DSP: thank you for showing up, caring deeply, and helping people live full and meaningful lives. Your work matters, and you are valued not just during DSP Recognition Week, but all year long!

🎒 First Grade, Here Comes Karson! 📚

It was an exciting first day of first grade for Karson, a participant in Gateways’ In Home Supports!

One of the sweetest moments of the day came when Karson realized his schoolyard shared a fence with the younger students—and he spotted his brother, Calahan, on the other side. The brothers reached through the fence to hold hands, and Karson even blew his little brother a kiss. 💙

What a special way to start a brand-new school year! We hope Karson has an amazing first-grade adventure filled with learning, friendships, and lots of happy moments.

This week, we are proud to celebrate the incredible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who make a difference every single day!

On Friday, members of our Service Coordination team came together to write the names of DSPs in honor of DSP Recognition Week. Each name represents someone whose compassion, patience, dedication, and commitment help the people they support live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Seeing their names proudly displayed on the State House lawn is a powerful reminder of just how many lives are touched by the work of DSPs.

To all Direct Support Professionals: thank you for showing up, caring deeply, and making a difference. Your work matters, and you are valued and appreciated!

✨ Big milestones for Jameson! ✨

Since starting speech therapy, Jameson has made incredible progress. He can now identify animals and their sounds, name shapes and colors, count to 5 independently, sing along to favorite songs with gestures, and better understand daily routines and directions.

His journey is a powerful reminder of the importance of early speech and language intervention. Early support helps children build communication skills, confidence, and a strong foundation for future learning.

We're so proud of Jameson's hard work and all he continues to achieve!
