As summer winds down and a new season begins, here’s a reminder that Gateways Autism Center in Nashua provides center-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–6.

Our team provides individualized, center-based services in a welcoming and supportive environment. We also offer tolerance rooms where children can practice and prepare for experiences they may encounter during dental and medical visits, travel, haircuts, and other everyday activities. These spaces include a dental chair, barber chair, and airplane seats, providing opportunities to build familiarity and comfort with new experiences and routines.

And there’s something new to explore! Our brand-new imaginative play area features a restaurant, grocery store, and kitchen, creating a fun and engaging space for children to learn, play, practice everyday skills, and build confidence.

Project SEARCH is ready for the Class of 2027!

Last night, Project SEARCH welcomed the Class of 2027 for orientation as they prepare for an exciting new year. Everyone was engaged, enthusiastic, and ready to take on this next chapter!

Project SEARCH is a nationally recognized, innovative employment training program designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries to gain the skills and confidence needed for competitive employment.

Through a partnership between The PLUS Company in Nashua, and St. Joseph Hospital, Project SEARCH interns rotate through various departments across the hospital, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Over the course of the year, interns develop vocational and workplace skills that help prepare them for competitive employment and greater independence.

We can’t wait to see all they learn, accomplish, and experience along the way. Here’s to the Class of 2027 and an amazing year of learning, growth, and new opportunities! 🌟

A Successful Transition Through Teamwork!

When Admen turned 18, they needed to quickly transition to an adult placement. Thanks to strong collaboration and dedicated support, Admen successfully moved into their new home with provider agency Summit NH, LLC!

Summit NH, LLC was able to quickly identify a Home Care Provider match and provide the support needed to make Admen’s transition as smooth as possible.

This successful transition was truly a team effort and would not have been possible without the collaboration between our Family Support Team and Clinical Service Coordination Team, along with our community partners.

⚾☀️ Summer fun is heating up for our participants!

Our very own Mila, a participant in our Health Care Coordination program, recently joined in the excitement of the Heroes Cup at Holman Stadium in support of Special Olympics New Hampshire!

The Heroes Cup brings local police officers and firefighters together on the baseball field for a fun-filled summer showdown—all while supporting an incredible cause and celebrating inclusion in our community.

We love seeing our participants get out, get involved, and enjoy all that summer has to offer!
