Local 301 Executive Board: Meetings are held monthly on the 4th Tuesday at 6:15pm, prior to the Regular Union Meeting.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brother James “Rusty” Green, DBF #149, who passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the age of 66.

Brother Green was a proud member of the IBEW for 38 years, and we are grateful for his many years of brotherhood and service.

Visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, Tyler, Texas. A reception will follow.

Please keep Brother Green’s family, friends, and fellow Brothers and Sisters in your thoughts during this difficult time.
