If you’ve never truly considered what addiction and trauma can do, take it from someone who’s lived it… it’s never just the individual who suffers. It impacts the entire family. But the story doesn’t have to end there.

Many people say addiction is a choice… okay. Then try this:
Stop drinking coffee today—after 20 or 30 years.
No shopping. Not online, not in person. Nothing.
Or stop overthinking—something you’ve done every day for as long as you can remember.

It’s not that simple and there is also often a physical component as well not to mention many addictions come with trauma.

Addiction shows up in many forms. It’s often a symptom of something deeper—and until the root is addressed, it keeps coming back.

But healing is possible. Freedom is possible.

Went to see The Thorn last night Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall at FSW ! All I have to say is WOW!!! What an amazing, powerful depiction of the life of Christ!!! Beyond words! If you have a chance go see it! Thanks Christina Landino for the invite it was fabulous 😊✝️🙏🏻❤️
