How we will fulfill our mission:
Because we are unable to give what we have never learned to receive, our desire is for Mustard Seed Ranch to be an environment that help children and families develop a foundation of respect and trust. We will work to foster positive mentoring relationships with you that are in need of support. In addition to the ongoing support system, through the animals, the innovative environment of the ranch and the self-sufficient farm we will work to fill the lives of these you with positive adult mentors, experiences and important life skills. The purpose of each interaction will be to encourage the development of healthy decision making tools.
The goal of Mustard Seed Ranch is to provide these you with the opportunity to receive positive influences which naturally reveal how their choices are impacting their future. Ultimately, empowering them to take the limits off of their future. Through the process of learning the daily ins and outs of working on a ranch and self-sustainable farm, this program will work to flood their lives with positive adult interactions and tools that encourage team building skills and reasons to maintain goals that lead them towards success in all areas of life.
In addition to the naturally positive atmosphere that Mustard Seed Ranch will provide, we will also work in partnership with local agencies and business leaders within the community.
