SOS Oak Tree Farm

Autism & Intellectual Disability provider. Oak Tree Farm will provide affordable housing for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. .

Our vision is to provide the resources needed for independent living for all individuals in South Carolina with autism and Intellectual disabilities so they are not in danger of becoming homeless. The community will consist of 28 single-family homes with single room occupancy units in which individuals can rent, live with friends or personal care assistants, and participate in community events. Oa

k Tree Farm will be close to the Coast RTA bus route so residents can take public transportation to access employment, recreational activities, and other community resources. The community will include a Transitional House, amenities center, life skills and social skills development opportunities, job coaching services, an adult playground, pool, garden, walking trails and more!
