We always enjoy spending time at Hilltop Library, distributing kits with everyday essentials and sharing more about the work we do at SSS! A special thank you to Julia, our first-ever routine volunteer, for helping with these distributions! Julia has supported SSS through numerous events and volunteer opportunities, and we’re so grateful for her time and care! 😊🧡

The work we do at SSS is made possible by the people who bring our mission to life every day. For this Staff Member Spotlight, we’re highlighting Nik, our School Partnership Associate! Nik joined SSS nearly four years ago, bringing with him a passion for nonprofit work and a desire to support students in our community. We’re grateful for all he does to strengthen our partnerships with schools and help us better serve students! 🧡

We recently joined the South High School community for their Back-to-School Bulldog Bash! We had a great time handing out hygiene kits and helping students start the school year with the essentials they need! 😊

We’re so thankful for the support we’ve received as we work to rebuild and reopen our Student Success Store at Mifflin Middle School!

After flooding damaged shelving and products, our highest-used store has been unable to open for students. Our partners at EisnerAmper stepped in to help, replacing damaged products, rebuilding shelving, restocking the store, and helping get the space back together.

We’re incredibly grateful to the EisnerAmper team for being there when we needed them and helping make this possible. We’re lucky to have partners who care so deeply about showing up for our students! 🧡👏
