Support 7 is honored to partner again with the Grief Companioning Project for the 2026 Grief Conference in South Snohomish County.

This year’s theme, “Sudden and Traumatic Loss: The Sorrow and the Loneliness,” addresses the unique challenges of grief following traumatic loss.

Whether you have had a personal loss or you’re a first responder, chaplain, clinician, therapist, companion, caregiver, or community member who wants to better understand grief and support those who are hurting ~this conference is for you.

🍽️ A Night of Great Food, Laughter & Fellowship! ❤️

One of our favorite traditions from our April 2026 Annual Fundraiser came to life recently!

The “Progressive Dinner with the Support 7 Crew” was a live auction experience, and for the second year in a row, Pacific Northwest Restoration was the winning bidder! 🎉

We had such a fun evening together—enjoying great food, delicious mocktails, plenty of laughs, and meaningful fellowship along the way.

A huge THANK YOU to Pacific Northwest Restoration for not only supporting Support 7 through their generosity at our annual event, but for continuing to show up and invest in the work we do in our community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share an evening together! ❤️

A kitchen fire displaces Mountlake Terrace residents.

Just before 3 PM today, a kitchen fire in Mountlake Terrace displaced at least three adults and one dog.

Kitchen fires account for nearly half of all reported home fires each year, making them the leading cause of home fires. While the fire itself was contained quickly, smoke damage makes it unsafe for residents to return home.

Our thoughts are with those impacted.

A special thank you to American Red Cross Northwest Region and Support 7 for assisting the displaced residents.

The best way to prevent home fires is to stay in the kitchen when cooking.
