Our fields are hayed and the bales are in the barn for winter. We have no idea how many we will need, but just in case we made a whole bunch. You can see the field that is a cream color. That was from yesterday. The other one to the right of it that is much greener was only two days earlier and it's already starting to get green again.
Nature truly is so amazing!!!

Birds are so beautiful, if you get a chance to look at them up close, you will realize that each feather is a masterpiece.

We put up an old trailer in the chicken area and during the day they love to sit underneath there. It's an extra space for shade and they like taking dust baths underneath since they got rid of all the grass 🙄

Tom and Jerry agree that this is the Fairytale Farm 🤩💖
Alex's Barefoot Trimming was here today to give them a pedicure, and it went really well!
She's wonderful and could even handle Jerry who wasn't as fond of a pedicure as Tom was!

Happy Sunday everybody!
It's another hot day and the animals are happy in the barn/shade. They will head out as it cools off towards late afternoon and graze sometimes till late at night.
Generally, the goats are the ones worshiping the sunshine, and the sheep are the ones pretty much hating it 😂
But I have to say that since we moved here, the animals are so much happier, they can graze almost year-round, and I really loving the warmer weather.

Our little pom-pom got her first haircut and we are slowly introducing her to the other Sheep. Chloe was not impressed with getting a new sister. She was headbutting her and bossing her around. Chloe is about twice the weight of pom-pom, but she held her own 🥰
