Come join Stevens County 4-H for a day camp full of crafting and games centered on the mindset of being thankful! Campers will practice spotting the positives, showing appreciation, and spreading kindness. Get ready to power up your attitude and unlock your Thankfulness Superpower!

Stevens County 4-H is EXCITED to BLAST off our Shooting Sports & Wildlife series with a Family Picnic! We will be having a supper (pizza) and providing information on our summer series and the MN 4-H State Shoot Invite!

Where: East Side Park Shelter
When: Thursday, June 25th @ 5:30 p.m. 2026
Bring a chair and/or blanket. If weather is poor, we will meet at the West Central Outreach and Research Center (WCROC).

Get ready for a 3 day wild adventure with Stevens County 4-H! At Wild for Wildlife Day Camp, kids will explore the wonders of nature through hands-on activities, outdoor games, and creative crafts. Campers will learn about wildlife conservation, discover local habitats, explore the outdoors through Geocaching and take home wildlife projects! Perfect for curious minds and outdoor enthusiasts!

Discover REEL Outdoors with Stevens/Pope Co. 4-H | July 9th, 2026

Ready to level up your outdoor skills and have a REEL outdoor adventure? Join an exciting hands-on experience for 4-H members in grades 3+ where YOU will:

🎣 Learn how fish hatcheries operate from the perspective of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources in Glenwood, MN, and discover how fish are raised and protected for Minnesota lakes and rivers.

🔥 Master outdoor essentials like:
Outdoor cooking
Fishing techniques
Boating safety

🌲 Put your new skills into action in a REEL outdoor recreation setting at Glacial Lakes State Park alongside other 4-H’ers who love adventure, nature, and wildlife.

🦅 Earn 4 wildlife hours toward the SS&W program while exploring Minnesota’s great outdoors.

Whether you’re new to outdoor activities or already love fishing and camping, this experience is a great way to build confidence, make friends, and learn skills you’ll use for life.
