We need you! We are looking for some dedicated individuals to help us run our board and successfully help our vital community event going for years to come.
What qualities/ qualifications are needed?
Are you:
-Task Oriented
-Organized
-Friendly with people
-Communicate effectively
then you meet all our requirements!
We plan for the event throughout the year, and meet once monthly. If this is something you are interested in we are looking for people who might have a passion for planning things like kids activities, organizing food vendors, taking pictures throughout the event, helping write grants and getting donations to keep our event free for the community.

From the bottom of our hearts we can't thank everyone enough for such an amazing event! Thank you to all of the people that helped behind the scenes for Prairie Harvest Fest, the day of, and even days after for clean up, organization, grounds, and everything in between! This is a large labor of love and it is not possible without the help and support of our amazing community!

Stevens County Fair Board- especially Ryan, Steve, and Jason- for all of the help, communication, moving of picnic tables, benches, signs, fairground use and rental, picnic table use and rental, and overall generosity! Without the Fair Board and their generosity this event wouldn't be possible!

Superior Industries, Inc.NextGen team! For helping us with set up and tear down before and after the event! Those tents are not light or easy to put up/ take down! We appreciate that!

Learning- Thank you for putting out all of the cones, flags, signs, and feather banners! It sure makes it easy for people to know who our big sponsors are, where to go, and which areas are blocked off!

Town and Country- Thank you for the generous delivery and donation of the hay bales for the corn pit!

Heartland Motor Company- Thank you for your generosity and the help with set up and tear down, use of vehicles for both pre/post event and parade, as well as a place to store things for Prairie Harvest Fest!

CJ with The Met Lounge for allowing us to use the tent for our kids activities!

Engebretson & Sons Disposal Service, Inc THANK YOU for the donation of the garbage cans! Our event is not possible without them! They help us keep the space clean and looking nice!

Pomme De Terre Golf Club- Thank you for the use of the golf carts the day of! It sure makes it easier for us to get from one end to the other as well as offer courtesy shuttles for those with limited mobility so they are able to participate all day!

Stevens County Minnesota Sheriff's Office- Thank you for your help with the parade, use of the booth on site, and all of the in between things that we didn't know we needed!

Morris Minnesota City Government- Russ and Jeremiah! Thank you for your help with getting our feather banners up throughout main street!

Image Xperts! Thank you for the advertisement space on the mobile billboard and signs that are placed throughout town!
