Our mission is to build strong relationships among parents, teachers and administration in support of our students. With the help of our amazing LP community, we plan and organize a mix of educational and fun school activities, provide support to our teachers, principal and office staff and much more! Although the PTA is a not-for-profit organization, we do try to raise additional funds to support
our teachers with school-wide office supplies and materials as well as subscriptions and equipment needed for electives such as PE, art and computer. Los Perales is one of three elementary schools in the Moraga School District. Due to declining enrollment, Los Perales closed its doors in 1983 to 1996, reopening in 1997 after significant alterations to existing buildings and classrooms and the addition of a multi-use room. Today, Los Perales serves approximately 350 students in grades TK-5.
