Los Perales Elementary PTA

This is the official page for Los Perales Elementary PTA. Join us in our efforts! The school was completed in 1965 and served grades K-5.

Our mission is to build strong relationships among parents, teachers and administration in support of our students. With the help of our amazing LP community, we plan and organize a mix of educational and fun school activities, provide support to our teachers, principal and office staff and much more! Although the PTA is a not-for-profit organization, we do try to raise additional funds to support

our teachers with school-wide office supplies and materials as well as subscriptions and equipment needed for electives such as PE, art and computer. Los Perales is one of three elementary schools in the Moraga School District. Due to declining enrollment, Los Perales closed its doors in 1983 to 1996, reopening in 1997 after significant alterations to existing buildings and classrooms and the addition of a multi-use room. Today, Los Perales serves approximately 350 students in grades TK-5.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our TK families who came out for our TK Social! It was so wonderful seeing our newest Panthers and their families connecting and making new friends.

A huge, roaring THANK YOU to our amazing Panther Day chairs, Lara Wallen and Kristin Kraetsch, for bringing so much fun, energy, and Panther pride to our back-to-school celebration!

From Pouncer pics to delicious eats and our signature rainbow photo, these two worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure our families had an unforgettable kickoff to the school year!
