A little cake can bring a lot of joy! 🎂

The Community Foundation of White County is pleased to award the Glen B. and Lorraine D. Garrott Fund grant to Frontier School Corporation to create birthday cake kits for the Brookston Food Pantry. These kits will help families celebrate birthdays and make sweet memories together.

We’re grateful for this thoughtful effort to make birthdays brighter in the Brookston community!

Glen and Lorraine Garrott made Brookston their home in 1946, raising three children and giving generously of their time to the community they loved. Lorraine often spoke of “blooming where she was planted.” Today, the Glen B. and Lorraine D. Garrott Fund carries that spirit forward by supporting projects that help Brookston thrive.
