VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

Ticket sales involve sitting in the red booth by the schools verifying everyone entering the fairgrounds has a fair ticket or selling fair tickets.

Wednesday, September 2nd - 1-5pm - 2 volunteers for the front gate ticket sales

Please call/text Janice at 540-430-7700 if you are able to volunteer. If you're able to volunteer for a partial shift, we will accept any help we can get.

Folks - we need your help! We have a several open slots available in the Mill Gap Ruritans Trailer during the Fair.

Wednesday, 9/2 4-7 - 2 volunteers
Wednesday, 9/2 7-10 pm 2 volunteers
Thursday, 9/3 7-10 p.m. 2 volunteers
Friday, 9/4 7-10 p.m. 3 volunteers
Saturday, 9/5 7-10 p.m. 4 volunteers

Please private message if you would like to volunteer.

We are also looking for a volunteer to fill a slot from 1-5 at the front gate (by the school) in the ticket booth.

The Mill Gap Ruritans annual picnic is Tuesday, June 9th at the Mill Gap Ruritans Grounds. We would love to see volunteers from the Maple Festival who assisted with donut making, new and old community members.
