Mill Gap Ruritan Club Established in 1962 the Mill Gap Ruritans is a civic/social group that serves Highland County.

Known for its world-famous maple donuts served twice yearly during the weekends of the Highland County Maple Festival. Mill Gap Ruritan Club meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Beulah Presbyterian Church, 8740 Mill Gap Road, Monterey, VA 24465
