A massive thank you to our very own Maritza Flores-Travanti for speaking at our club this Tuesday! 👏
She gave us a fascinating look into the realities of declining school enrollment and the important reasons behind the move to district-based voting. We are so lucky to have such expertise right here in our club!

🎩✨ In the age of jazz, ambition, and building a brighter future, folks knew that great cities didn't happen by chance. They were built by businesses that cared about the communities they served.
That's why we're delighted to recognize Athens Services as a Gatsby Sponsor of the Rotary Club of Monrovia's Speakeasy Casino Night!
For generations, Athens Services has helped Southern California communities stay cleaner, greener, and ready for tomorrow through waste collection and recycling services. Their commitment to responsible stewardship and community partnership reflects the same spirit of civic pride that keeps neighborhoods thriving.
As we gather for an evening inspired by the glamour and excitement of the 1920s, we're grateful for sponsors like Athens Services whose support helps Rotary continue making a difference close to home.
Here's to community, connection, and a future worth building together. 🥂
