From October 27th to December 8th we are collecting new books for the Literally Healing program at CHLA, an innovative program that gifts patients and their families more than 65,000 books annually. You can shop for books at the links below through Amazon or our local partners.

Hello All! 's annual Holiday Blood Drive benefiting 's Blood Donation Center is scheduled for December 3 - 10am to 4:15pm at Vroman's Bookstore in Pasadena.

If you are local, please consider signing up!

Giving blood is a vitally important way to support the at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. When you give blood, one pint can be used to save the lives of up to two children. Donating blood during the holidays is a gift that cannot be compared.

Evie’s Holiday Book Drive

Calling all ! It's time for our Eighth Annual Holiday Book Drive, benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles!

From October 27th to December 8th we are collecting new books for the Literally Healing program at CHLA, an innovative program that gifts patients and their families more than 65,000 books annually.

Independent fundraisers like ours are a crucial part of supporting the most vulnerable patients and their families at CHLA - please consider supporting and sharing with your community!

For those outside the area, or for anyone who cannot donate blood - please consider making a financial donation towards Evie's Birthday Fundraiser. All money raised will be used to purchase books for this year's Holiday Book Drive.

We've set the goal for this year's drive at $2200 - please help reach it, or even better, surpass it. Everything feels hard right now, let's do something that will feel good - remember our beautiful girl and help give books to kids in treatment at CHLA.

Good morning and again, thank you to everyone who came out on Friday to Vroman's Bookstore for our Holiday Blood Drive benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles... here's the update:

This collaboration provided our children with another chance at life. We saw 24 donors and we were able to collect 22 precious units of blood, which can be potentially processed into 44 blood and blood components that can save just as many lives. Out of the 24 donors that rolled up their sleeves to help, 7 of them were first time donors!

Thank you for helping to make this holiday season a little brighter, and a little less stressful, for all the in treatment. 💉🩸🥰
