Join us on Wednesday, June 3rd at 1:30pm for a health education session with Monroe County Health Department - Michigan.

Mindful eating is a popular topic among many folks in recovery. We will discuss and explore what mindful eating is, what fiber is, and how they can help improve our overall health and wellness.

No registration required. All are welcome.

RAW’s public drop-in hours will be closed for the remainder of this week. Transportation services, scheduled support meetings, scheduled appointments will continue as planned and are not affected.

We will resume our standard drop-in hours (Monday–Thursday, 10am–3pm) on Tuesday, May 26, following the Memorial Day holiday closure.

Meet Zoey. She is one of eight Monroe High School students being highlighted by our coalition.

Zoey said, "Movement always helps me clear my head. It just helps to get away from all of my stress and to focus on what I enjoy."

Our community is stronger when our youth are healthy and thriving. The Monroe County Substance Abuse Coalition is committed to supporting these local students who are making their well-being a priority through healthy choices. Their commitment to self-care and overall well-being is inspiring, and we hope it encourages others to make positive decisions each day. 💙
