This non-profit 501(c)(3) organization is administered through the Monroe Fund by the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin.

Tonight at halftime of the Monroe Cheesemakers football game, we will recognize and celebrate the tremendous accomplishments of our 2026 Monroe Boys Track & Field Team!

The Cheesemakers wrapped up their season at the WIAA Division 2 State Track & Field Championships at UW–La Crosse, bringing home an outstanding 2nd-place team finish in the state!

Last year's success is even more remarkable as Monroe continued an incredible tradition—qualifying and competing at the WIAA State Track & Field Meet for the 36th consecutive year.

The team's second-place finish capped an exceptional season that included:

🏆 Valley Divisional Champions
🏆 Rock Valley Conference Champions — their 7th consecutive conference championship!
🏆 WIAA Division 2 Regional Champions
🏆 WIAA Division 2 Sectional Champions
🥈 WIAA Division 2 State Runners-Up

Please join us tonight as we recognize these outstanding student-athletes, coaches, and the remarkable season they put together.

Green County=Cheese! Well we have one well known Cheese factory on our side for 16 years now. Thank you Klondike Cheese in Monroe for everything over the years not only your sponsorship but the cheese donations to various causes thru GCFN including many to our local food vendors working the pull.
