We owe one last BIG thank you to Mainstreet Counseling for supplying $50 Pick N Save gift cards to each family again this year!

When I receive feedback from recipient families, many of them mention how much of a huge help the gift card was during the holiday season! So we are so thankful to have this as a component of our Christmas program!

And thank you to the team at Mainstreet Counseling for allowing us to use the office space for gift deliveries, pick ups, and our gift wrapping event. Most of the Mainstreet Counseling team also helps us wrap all the gifts for our recipient families too! The office truly becomes our “Giving In Green County Christmas Program Headquarters” and we’re so thankful to share their space to host this program!

Thank you again to everyone who helped with our 2nd Annual Christmas Program! We are so happy with the growth of our program from last year and we're hopeful that we can continue to grow and help even more families in our community! Thanks for tagging along for our Christmas Program journey, it's always bittersweet to be all finished with our work for the year ❤

We are just 1 week away from our gift drop-off deadline!! Volunteers, please make sure that you have ordered for your recipient families to ensure that purchased gifts will arrive in time!

Recipients, emails went out today to coordinate pick-up times of your Christmas gifts! Please check and respond to your email so we can get you and your family your gifts!

We had TONS of packages delivered over the weekend and into today! It’s starting to feel like Christmas over here! ❤️🎄🎅🏻

Thanks to all of our volunteers who have shopped for their recipient families already! As a reminder, we ask that all gifts be delivered/dropped off to our office by December 15th!

We are so excited to be in the most FUN part of our Christmas Program now! We all love seeing the packages start to roll into our office (although our poor delivery people probably don't love it as much😂).

❗Recipient Requirements ❗
1. Recipient families MUST reside in Green County
2. Must NOT have been previously selected for our Christmas Donation Program, although prior applicants that were not selected last year are encouraged to apply again!

Wondering what to expect as a recipient family?
🎄After the recipient applications are closed on November 15th, the program organizer will be in contact with you to let you know if your family has been selected to be a recipient this year and detail next steps in the process.
🎄 If selected, ~2-3 Volunteers will be matched with your family and will be provided with your Amazon wishlist. Volunteers will then purchase items off your wishlist and can choose to drop them off at the Mainstreet Counseling office or ship them directly to the office.
🎄 In the week leading up to Christmas, the purchased gifts will be wrapped and the program organizer will be in touch with you to coordinate pick-up of your items!
As a reminder, our program is not guaranteed to cover every family who applies. We will do our best to accommodate every family, yet this is still a new program and is solely volunteer-based. Depending on volunteer availability, recipients may have to be randomly selected and not everyone who applies may get selected for this year's program.
