IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR! The Blanchardville Hollandale Area Fund 2026 Grant Application Cycle is NOW OPEN!
Do you have an idea for a project in your classroom? The playground? The cafeteria? The gymnasium? The hallways? The office? Summer School? An assembly?

Do you have an idea for a community project? Flowers on Main St? Welcome Flags? Park improvements? Playground improvements?
Apply for a grant through the Fund and make it happen! Only online applications will be accepted. Apply early to allow time for follow up in case of missing information so that the grant application meets the deadline.
PECATONICA AREA SCHOOLS APPLICATIONS: ALL SCHOOL GRANT APPLICATIONS MUST be submitted via the "Excellence in Education" link; if the "Community Funds" link is used THE APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED. To access the online application, please go to this address: www.cfsw.org (Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin), click on the Excellence In Education Funds (EIE) link, then scroll down and select the Pecatonica EIE Fund. You will now be on the Pecatonica EIE page showing the links to Apply for a Grant and Grant Guidelines. On this page you may click on Apply Now to proceed with the application process, or you may want to view/download the guidelines by clicking on View/Download. The deadline for applications this year is 11:59 p.m. on MARCH 15, so you will have approximately 10 weeks to apply.
NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY GROUP APPLICATIONS: To access the online application, please go to this address: www.cfsw.org (Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin), click on the Community Funds link, then select Iowa County and click submit; then click on the Blanchardville/Hollandale Area Fund. You will now be on the BHAF page showing the links to Apply for a Grant and Grant Guidelines. On this page you may click on Apply Now to proceed with the application process, or you may want to view/download the guidelines by clicking on View/Download. The deadline for applications this year is 11:59 p.m. on MARCH 15, so you will have approximately 10 weeks to apply.
Grants that are funded are given out in May, and recipients only have 2 weeks to digitally sign the grant contract and 10 months from the date the grant is awarded in which to spend the money. NOTE: ONLY expense receipts DATED AFTER THE DATE THE GRANT IS AWARDED in May will be accepted for dispersal of grant funds.
