Remember, paying your REALTOR® dues does not renew your North Carolina real estate license. All licensed brokers must complete their annual license renewal directly through the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) by June 30.

Last week, members of the Union County Association of REALTORS® traveled to Raleigh for Legislative Day to advocate for property rights, homeownership, and the issues that impact our industry and communities.

The day provided an opportunity to meet with legislators, learn more about current legislative priorities, and ensure the REALTOR® voice is represented in conversations that affect both our profession and the clients we serve.
