Your safety should never be an afterthought.
September is REALTOR® Safety Month, and we’re hosting a practical safety class designed to help you feel more aware, prepared, and confident while working in the field.

We’ll cover everything from meeting unknown clients and showing vacant homes to open house safety, recognizing red flags, safe positioning inside a property, and exit strategies when something just doesn’t feel right.

Join us on Monday, September 14 from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at Indian Trail Town Hall.

Because being a great agent also means knowing how to protect yourself.

We’re coming together to support the students at Rocky River Elementary School, and we’d love your help!

At our September Membership Luncheon, we’ll be collecting:
Crayons
Markers
Kids scissors
Composition notebooks
Pencil pouches + boxes
Glue sticks
Headphones (inexpensive pairs are perfect!)

Simply bring your donations with you to the luncheon, and we’ll take care of getting them to Rocky River Elementary. Every donation, big or small, helps us give back to the community we’re proud to serve. We can’t wait to see our UCAR members come together for our local students! 💙
