What happens when you take sight out of the cooking process?

Join us for Cooking in the Dark, a guided, hands-on class where you and a partner will prepare a full menu while blindfolded, relying on touch, smell, sound, and taste instead of sight.

We're proud to partner with the North Dakota Association of the Blind for this unique experience, with net proceeds benefiting their mission of awareness and education.

One of the best Lions Minot ever had! 🥰

Thanks for sharing! Historical photo of the City Bakery located on Main Street roughly 300 block west side, which is now the parking lot for city of Minot building (formerly Wells Fargo). Next door was Byorum’s Q&S Hardware once a big part of our town’s story.
Great memories, great people, and a lot of local history in one image.
