The Minot Area Community Foundation supports a wide variety of community programs. Here's just a recent sample of their impact.

The Minot Area Community Foundation is pleased to announce its May 2026 grant awards, approved by the board of directors earlier this month. The funds distributed totaled $112,248.00, which is a combination of donor-advised distributions and grants in support of local nonprofits and community initiatives.

NDAB is the same group we partnered with for Dining in the Dark, so we know this will be a good one.

What happens when you take sight out of the cooking process?

Join us for Cooking in the Dark, a guided, hands-on class where you and a partner will prepare a full menu while blindfolded, relying on touch, smell, sound, and taste instead of sight.

We're proud to partner with the North Dakota Association of the Blind for this unique experience, with net proceeds benefiting their mission of awareness and education.
