We focus on improving access to veterinary care, pet supplies, and dog-inclusive housing in locally and across the country. 501c3 Non Profit working to unite all animal lovers to end insurance & housing discrimination towards dogs & their families. In doing so we provide a free national housing database to those in need of breed inclusive rentals and insurance companies. North Minneapolis Pet Reso

urce Center is our newest project in North Minneapolis. We support our community by providing no barrier pet food and supplies to those in need. We host monthly pack walks, educational events, wellness clinics, and fundraisers to keep our work moving forward and to keep families together.

We always work really hard to build and maintain trust in the community.

Apparently our Mobile Pet Resource Center crew has built so much trust in the community that even the neighborhood cats are showing up for resources at NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center’s Fresh Food Friday this morning. 😂

& yes, they volunteered their time and talents this morning by cleaning up the spilled kibble in hard to reach places and then went on their way.

Did you know that our programming relies on donations?!

Our North Minneapolis Pet Resource Center and our Northside People's Pantry are both low on many items and we could use your help!

Our North Minneapolis Pet Resource Center is currently providing food and supplies to 2,400+ pets each month and our Northside People's Pantry is still delivering to 150+ households impacted by Operation Metro Surge each week.

Our very own Wilbur - the muse behind the organization, the reason why Shannon has created and implemented community programming and continues to advocate for policies that keep people and pets together - turned 14 yesterday.

We celebrated him all day at his namesake thrift store Wilbur’s Wares.
