It's Devo Day! This week's devotional comes from Pastor Paul.

The New Thing
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!" (Isaiah 43:18-19). Beloved, the Holy Spirit is calling us today to stop ruminating on past failures, limitations, and even yesterday's victories, and instead, to perceive the fresh outpouring God is releasing in this season. Where you see only a barren wilderness, God is already preparing a path; where you see a dry wasteland, He is initiating a mighty river of revival and miraculous provision. Through the blood of Jesus, we are not defined by our past, but by the "new thing" He is actively doing right now—it is springing up, bringing life to our dry places, and creating a way where there seems to be no way. Take a step of faith and anticipate the fresh manifestation of His power in your life today!
Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what "former things" you need to release today, and thank Him for the new path He is creating for you, as discussed in.

Walking in the Fragrance of Love

As dearly loved children of the Most High, we are not called to mere imitation of a distant deity, but to a supernatural replication of our Father’s character, enabled by the power of the Holy Spirit living within us. Ephesians 5:1-2 challenges us to "walk in love," taking after God the same way a child mimics a loving parent. This isn't a walk of rigid legalism, but a Spirit-empowered life where we lay down our preferences, our time, and our selfishness to love others sacrificially, just as Christ loved us. When we choose to forgive, show compassion, and serve without expecting anything in return, we are not just being "nice"—we are offering a sweet-smelling, fragrant sacrifice that pleases God, allowing His nature to flow through us to a broken world. Let us, therefore, surrender to the Spirit today, walking in that high calling of sacrificial love and bringing glory to our Heavenly Father.
