Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) The mission of KSI is to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to learn and grow.

Through training, education and supportive programs and services, we enable individuals to accomplish their personal and work-related goals. We design programs to help our clients determine and reach their own productivity and independence goals. We provide a variety of program choices to help them decide which program is best suited for their abilities, interests, skills and needs.

A BIG THANKS TO RANDY WROTEN
Today we said good-bye to retiring Director of Community-Based Operations Randy Wroten, who has been an invaluable part of KSI's success with work crews in host companies throughout Kent and Sussex County. Helping KSI deliver excellent services to participants and businesses since 2009, Randy will be direly missed. JODY CLENDANIEL CHOSEN AS KSI STAFF OF THE FOURTH QUARTER
Jody Clendaniel was recently named KSI Staff of the Fourth Quarter 2026. Jody started out as a DSP at KSI and moved up to Case Manager fairly quickly because of his enthusiastic dedication to our participants. In the opinions of staff members and participants, Jody’s caring and kindness can’t be measured. We’re proud to have him as part of the KSI team.
