And maybe… asking when the next Troop adventure is. 🏕️
But the long-term effects? Those are even better.
A girl growing in her faith, discovering who God created her to be, learning to lead and serve others, and developing the character and confidence to live with purpose.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news that Mrs. Lynn Cunningham was called home to be with our Lord on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Lynn was a wife, daughter, mother, and friend to many. She was a teacher and had been serving children and families at Good Shepherd Lutheran School for 39 years. In her final few years, she made an impact on children by serving as an Individual Instructor and Tutor. She loved her students and she served them with compassion and kindness! Lynn was also an active member at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Please keep Jeff, her husband, and Sarah, her daughter, and family in your prayers.

Family Visitation will be held in the entrance Narthex at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Wednesday, August 19, from 4:00 to 6:00pm. A Memorial Worship Service will be held at the church on Thursday, August 20, at 10:00am.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Lynn M. Cunningham, who was called to Glory on August 13, 2026.

Family Visitation will be held this Wednesday from 4:00–6:00 p.m. in the entrance (narthex) of the church.

A Memorial Worship Service will be held this Thursday, August 20th, at 10:00 a.m.

Please keep Lynn’s husband, Jeff, her daughter, Sarah, and their entire family in your prayers during this time of mourning.

We pray for Pastor Simpson and the Good Shepherd congregation as they faithfully share God's Word and care for those entrusted to them.
