638 children found healing homes this past year! ❤️

That’s 638 stories of hope.
638 children who are no longer waiting alone.
638 lives changed through the power of the local church and your partnership.

We celebrate what God has done, and we believe this is just the beginning.

Our team Backyard Orphans stands ready to help the Church care for the vulnerable in your backyard!

🏡 What is a Backyard Orphans Workshop?
A Backyard Orphans Workshop helps churches move from simply caring about vulnerable children to confidently building a sustainable ministry that supports family preservation, foster care, adoption, and youth aging out of care — reaching children and families right in your own backyard.

💡 Why is this important?
Churches want to help vulnerable children and families… they just don’t always know where to start. The need is real and growing, and the local church is uniquely positioned to be part of the solution. When churches are equipped and organized, they can support families, strengthen communities, and help ensure children experience the stability and belonging they deserve.

🙌 How do I do this for my church?
Backyard Orphans provides practical, step-by-step training to help your church build and launch a ministry that fits your size, culture, and community. Our workshops help you understand the biblical call, develop leadership and volunteer teams, and create a clear action plan for ministry impact.

Every child needs a family. Every church can be part of this solution.
