On August 20th, Chesterfield PAL partnered with Richmond Volleyball Club for a skills camp.

Our athletes were led by the great players and coaches with RVC and honed their skills and technique.

After camp, our athletes were able to enjoy some pizza before heading home.

We had so much fun with all of our PAL kids and loved closing out our summer activities with RVC!

Keep following Chesterfield PAL to see what we have coming for the fall and winter months!

On the Final Day of our Rising 6th Grader Camp we took a trip to Cobblestone Waterpark.

Our campers were able to enjoy the various slides, fountains, and of course, the pool. It was a great way to finish out the week.

We had so much fun getting to know our campers and look forward to seeing them again this school year.

We want to thank all of the Campers’ families for trusting our officers with your kiddos. Im sure they had a lot of fun stories to tell you throughout camp.

Lastly, we want to thank all our Chesterfield County Police Officers that worked hard weeks prior to camp planning, scheduling, and finalizing each and every activity, lunch, and trip we did each day. This camp would not have been possible without them of their dedication to the youth of Chesterfield County.

Although summer camps are a wrap for 2026, we have a lot planned for the fall and winter seasons and some more activities for the last bit of summer too.

Keep following us here to see what we have planned for the rest of 2026.

We hope to see you all there!

It was a great day to rest our feet after all the walking in Washington DC.

Campers were able to swim, splash, and just relax.

Day 2 of the Chesterfield PAL Rising 6th Grader Summer Camp brought us to Sandbridge Beach! The weather was great and we didn’t have any storms where we were.

Campers were able to play on the beach, swim, make sandcastles, and toss around a football or volleyball.

After lunch, our campers were able to have fun on the playground before heading back to the beach for a little more fun in the sun.
