2018 Homeowner's Association Dues are $125 and due by 1/31/18. Please make your payments by this date to avoid late fees and collections. ACS West mailed out invoices so every homeowner should have the bill. If not, please contact Kimberly at ACS West to make your payment.

To let potential new owners know we do have an active HOA so their closing attorney/realtor know where to obtain closing paperwork, to let current owners know of meetings as well as recorded Covenants, Conditions & Restriction for CB. If anyone wishes to be added to the email blast sent out by ACSWest which includes more HOA materials/information not always contained within this site, please email Kimberly with the subject line stating CB HOA so she knows the community as well as the request to join the email blast with what email to send to. Welcome to the neighbhorhood! We have a lot of new residents. Make sure you welcome your neighbors.

Also, remember school is in session and a lot of our children walk to school and/or are waiting for the bus to pick them up. It is dark out in the mornings so be extra careful when you drive to work!

Halloween is coming up too! Watch for all our little ghosts and fairies on Tuesday, October 31st! Be safe and check your children's candy before allowing them to eat when they arrive home from their trick or treating adventures. Only go to houses with the porch lights on for safety!
