The DNA was officially founded in January, 1996 to represent the neighborhood residents and businesses of downtown Richmond on issues such as zoning, public safety, business and resident retention, grafitti vandalism, trash collection and concentration of homeless services within our area. Membership is comprised of interested individuals and businesses within the boundaries established by members at large. The DNA is recognized as a 501 (c)(3) not-for- profit organization.
