Join Us for a Night of Fun and Emotional Wellness!

Summer is full of excitement, but for kids, the shift in routine can also bring feelings of boredom, or anxiety. Help your child build confidence and resilience by giving them the tools they need to cope in healthy ways.

Come enjoy a special evening at the Children’s Museum where kids will create their own personalized Coping Skills Kit packed with calming tools and creative strategies to use all summer long. From soothing sensory items to fun, hands-on activities, each child will leave with practical resources they can turn to when big feelings arise.

While you're here, take full advantage of everything the Museum has to offer; interactive exhibits, play zones, and a joyful atmosphere perfect for family connection.

Support your child’s emotional health this summer, one coping tool at a time!
$10/person or $30/family. Please arrive by 6:30pm to ensure time to complete the craft.

June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate the diversity, strength, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community, including the many individuals who help shape the field of childhood bereavement.

At the NACG, our commitment to fostering inclusive environments where diverse individuals, organizations, and communities feel welcomed, valued, and supported remains central to our work.

We welcome all who share our vision that no child grieves alone. Together, we can build a more compassionate world where every young person can live authentically and feel seen, heard, and supported in their grief. 💙

Help us in welcoming our summer intern, Jolie, to the CGC!

Jolie joins us from CMU with majors in Political Science and Nonprofit Administration with minor in Public Law and Sustainability and Environmental Policymaking.

A fun fact about Jolie is that her cat, Bo, doesn't have a tail! 🐈

Jolie is super excited to learn all she can about the non-profit world and all about the CGC's mission!

We are so grateful to have her on our team! 💜
