💙 to an unforgettable week in Miami!

The 2026 CREW Network Convention brought commercial real estate professionals from across the country and beyond to Miami for three days of learning, networking, leadership and connection.

As the host location chapter, CREW Miami was proud to welcome the CREW Network community to our city—and we couldn’t have done it without the many members who gave their time, energy and expertise to help make the week a success.

From welcoming attendees and supporting activities to showcasing Miami and creating opportunities to connect, so much happened behind the scenes.

Thank you to our CREW Miami members who worked tirelessly to help bring it all together, and congratulations to CREW Network on another successful Convention.

We loved having CREW with us in Miami!

📚 Your December virtual “Cafecito & Connect” starts with a good book.

We’re giving CREW Miami members plenty of lead time for this special book-club edition featuring Jennifer Estime, a real estate development professional with Merrimac Ventures and author of “Racing Towards Redemption”.

Part memoir and part reflection on resilience, ambition and balance, Jennifer shares experiences from her life as an athlete, development professional, daughter and Haitian-American growing up in Miami-Dade—and the lessons she has learned about pursuing your passions without losing sight of your “why.”

This won’t be a typical author talk. Read the book in advance and come ready to discuss the stories that resonated, what surprised you and how we each find balance while pursuing the things that matter to us.

First step: Get your copy and start reading. “Racing Towards Redemption” is available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Second step: Register for December “Cafecito & Connect.”

• Tue., Dec. 1 | 8:30 AM
• Virtual | Members Only
