💙✨ Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and there is no “right” way to grieve.

On National Grief Awareness Day, we’re recognizing the experiences of those navigating loss and reminding our community that grief can look different for everyone. Some days may feel heavy, while others may bring moments of peace, connection, or even joy. All of it is part of the process.

If you or someone you know is grieving, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Reaching out for support can be an important part of moving through grief, one day at a time.

Grief support resources:
📞 Children’s Bereavement Center: (888) 988-5438
📞 The Grief Support Center at Baptist Health: (786) 596-1960
📞 NAMI Miami-Dade Helpline: (305) 665-2540

Today and every day, let’s create space for honest conversations about grief and remind those who are hurting that they are seen, supported, and not alone. ✨💙

💚✨ As Michelle Obama reminds us, asking for help is something we should never have to feel ashamed of.

It can be difficult to reach out for support, especially when we’ve been taught to handle challenges on our own. But recognizing when we need support is an important part of taking care of ourselves and our mental health.

Whether it’s talking to someone you trust, connecting with a mental health professional, or finding a community that understands, reaching out can be an important step toward healing.

Let’s continue creating spaces where asking for help is met with compassion, understanding, and encouragement. Everyone deserves to know that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. ✨💚
