Our wellness programs address barriers that students face in achieving academic success, including food security, healthy eating habits, and fitness. Ahead of the Fourth of July, we assembled 250 care packages and wrote heartfelt notes for active-duty military members serving around the world. Thank you to our ballpark partners Levy, BEST, and Pritchard for their generous support in bringing this initiative to life!

Every Tuesday we honor a Hero of the Game presented by ADT – Lieutenant Carl Manzelli. Thank you for your service 💙🫡

Lieutenant Manzelli has proudly served the citizens of Miami-Dade County since 2000. Throughout his 26 year career, he has held a variety of roles, including patrol officer, detective, and sergeant, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to public safety and community service.

Today, he leads the Special Events Section of the Miami-Dade Police Department’s Special Patrol Bureau, where he oversees the planning and coordination of security operations for some of South Florida’s largest events, helping ensure the safety and success of millions of residents and visitors each year.

Every Tuesday home game we honor a Hero of the Game presented by – Lieutenant Jenevieve Sadler. Thank you for your service 💙🫡

Lieutenant Sadler is a proud 13-year veteran of the City of Miami Police Department. Throughout her career, she has served in road patrol, criminal investigations, and specialized assignments, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication to public safety.

Today, she serves in the Special Events Unit, where she oversees the planning and ex*****on of major public events, leading personnel and coordinating operations to ensure the safety of thousands of attendees throughout our community.
