SENIOR FLORIDA PAGEANT is a non-profit organization that creates a platform to honor senior women for their inner and outer beauty while making contributions to their family and the community as a whole. SENIOR FLORIDA PAGEANT, is a non profit organization with the philosophy based upon the belief that seniors are the foundation of America and our most valuable treasure. We seek to draw attention
to the achievements of senior women and motivate and encourage women to utilize their full potential and share a positive outlook on life with others. As a participant, a contestant needs to be age 60+ years or older and is required to express her lifestyle through evening gown presentation, talent, philosophy of life and interview with the judges. In addition, Miss Senior Florida provides other services to the entire community: HEALTH, NUTRITION AND POSITIVE LIFESTYLE WORKSHOPS; ROSE & CROWN CLUB - Former contestants perform at nursing homes, rehabs and assisted living communities; SENIOR GOSPEL CHOIR: 60+ Male and female choir perform at nursing homes, rehabs and assisted living communities. NANA PROJECT (Never Abandoned - Never Alone) Nana is the nickname for "Grandmother." Ms. Senior Florida 2016 and State Pageant Director has become a pageant professional. She is no stranger to the senior community, entertaining at nursing homes, senior retirement communities, and senior communities presenting her "M & M's of Aging Gracefully", a motivational, inspiring, and entertaining program that emphasizes nutrition, health, and a positive lifestyle for seniors.
