Learn how to work with Colored Clay to make beautiful ceramic pieces! The SHAC is holding a special six week class that focuses entirely on working with colored clay. Summer is coming and that means summer camp time! The SHAC offers a Young Potters Camp for ages 10-15 where students will explore creating with clay by hand building and working on the potters wheel. Announcing a three week coil vase class! Spend two weeks learning how to create larger vases using smoothed coils, then spend the final week decorating your vase with motifs inspired by the indigenous people of the Southwest, or choose your own theme.
