December 4 is a good night to put on the calendar.

Last year’s Gala gave us such a sweet evening of gathering, celebrating, laughing, and simply enjoying time together.
This year, we get to do it again.

Come dressed up, bring a friend, make it a date night, or gather a table and join us for dinner, a silent auction, meaningful stories, and an evening centered on celebrating what God is doing through Beyond Survival Ministries.

It’s a chance to enjoy a beautiful night together while also celebrating and supporting work that is bringing hope, healing, and practical help to people in our community.

We never really know everything someone around us may be walking through. ❤️

On World Mental Health Day, we’re reminded how important it is to have people and places where we can find encouragement, support, and hope.

That’s a big part of our heart at Beyond Survival Ministries. Through our different ministries, we come alongside people with biblical truth, practical support, and opportunities to experience healing, restoration, and growth in Jesus.

Our flagship ministry, A Time To Heal Beyond Survival™, specifically serves survivors of abuse and trauma through Christ-centered small groups and also equips others to come alongside those who are hurting.

If you’re not already following their page, we encourage you to! It’s a wonderful resource to know about, whether for yourself or someone God may place in your path.

What a day at Soul Care. 💚

This past Saturday, women gathered for our first Soul Care Workshop Intensive and set aside the day to be intentional with the Lord. We spent time in God’s Word, considered the health of our souls, talked and prayed together, and made room for the Holy Spirit to show us where our thinking and our lives may need to come back into alignment with His truth.

One of the things we continue to come back to with Soul Care is that caring for our souls is part of walking with Jesus. We don’t have to wait until something is wrong to slow down and pay attention to what is happening within us. There is value in bringing our thoughts, attitudes, desires, and rhythms before the Lord and allowing His Word to shape us. We’re so grateful for every woman who spent the day with us and for what the Lord did in our time together.

We don’t have our next Soul Care dates yet, but we do plan to gather again. If you’d like to join us for a future Series or Workshop Intensive, you can add your name to the Soul Care Interest List and we’ll keep you updated.

He Calls Me Daughter begins in just 6 days.

This six week women’s small group is designed to help women better understand how earthly father relationships may have shaped the way they see themselves, relationships, and God.

But caring for our souls isn’t only something we do when life feels hard. It’s part of learning to live more intentionally with the Lord, allowing His Word to shape our thinking, and making room for Him to show us what we may be missing in the pace of everyday life.
