We are proud to spotlight our longstanding partner Selam Learning Selam Learning, which has worked closely with Wegene for several years. Through this partnership, Selam Learning students have consistently demonstrated leadership and compassion by volunteering on weekends and making a meaningful difference in the lives of Wegene children.

Selam Learning is dedicated to supporting high school students on their journey to college through impactful programs focused on academic preparation, leadership, and global exposure.

1. Global Youth Scholar Program (GYSP)
A two-week leadership and cultural immersion experience in Addis Ababa for students entering grades 9–12. Participants engage with local communities, explore Ethiopian culture and history, and deepen their understanding of global issues while building leadership skills and personal growth.

2. Pathway to College Programs
