Notice: This page was originally created by two animal activists JF Richards and Julie Dulak after learning about my Petition in the Manalapan Patch. The petition involved the Township wanting to remove and destroy these cats after having received an innocuous complaint, that had not been validated. Years later we learned the complaint was initiated by the "same" rival rescue in attempt to force us out. When our story went viral, that same rescue group, seizing the opportunity, without our permission, then blocking all contact, exploited our petition on their own page to solicit donations in October 2013. We received no accounting of those funds when requested, and donations were not returned to Freya's Cat Rescue for the benefit of the cats you generous gave to. We also didn't receive the microchips that were generously donated, or any other items gifted upon this colony of cats. If you donated to any group from October 2013 onward that was not Freya's Cat Rescue, we did not receive those donations on behalf of the cats you see here. Donating to The Pine Brook colony of cats was and is through Freya's Cat Rescue only. Thank you. (c) all rights reserved.

Hi Everyone..I am posting this urgent fundraiser for the cats. Attached are supporting invoices. 3% was charged for using a credit card. Links are below. We also accept Chewy.com gift cards and food purchased via Chewy.

We live in rural eastern Kentucky and had to drive out of the county to get 3 cats spayed, neutered and other procedures. These are NOT the original cats moved here from New Jersey. These are cats DUMPED on my property that procreated, conceiving many kittens. The local veterinarian 20 minutes away REFUSED services to our rescue, as many may be aware. I hired a taxi service that picked me up, drove me and the cats to the vet, then return the cats home, all in the torrential rain. The cost of the taxi (with discount) was $261.60. The cost of veterinary services for 3 cats, 2 males, one female, was $381.60. Total is $642.70. We are in desperate need for funds for these animal services. We have at least 3 more visits to the veterinarian whose costs will be approximately the same per visit. Please support us with the links below.
