We'll be spending the afternoon splashing down water slides, sipping refreshing lemonade, enjoying delicious food, listening to live music, playing games, making art and so much more!

📚 Word on the Street is an independent bookstore in the heart of downtown Marlborough offering books and bookish gifts for all ages. Ask us about their upcoming events and book subscriptions.

Their inventory is always changing & they have a great selection of "Marlborough" items too if you are looking for some local goods! 🛍️

The Mayor’s Summer Internship Program is returning for Summer 2026!

Building on the success of the past two years, the program gives local students and college-aged individuals a chance to gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and make a real impact in the community by working alongside staff in various City of Marlborough departments.

The program is designed to help develop the next generation of leaders by offering a real-world introduction to careers in public service.

Program Details:
• Work up to 25 hours per week
• June – August 2026
• Placement within a city department alongside a department head or staff member

Who Can Apply:
• Recent high school graduates
• Current college students
• Individuals in the workforce
• Those taking a gap year

Applications are now open and will close on Monday April 6th.
