Today is World Mental Health Day.

This year's global theme: Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change, is one we live every day.

Mental health touches every one of us, and no one should navigate it alone. That's why community is at the heart of everything we do.

Today we're proud to launch our Member Moments series: member voices, in their own words.

"World Mental Health Day is important because [spreading the word] allows people to get the help, that I got."

To our summer interns: thank you!

Over these past months, you brought energy, fresh ideas, and a whole lot of heart to Novus.

You showed up, leaned in, and became part of this community. And you're leaving it a little brighter than you found it.

Owen and Logan built incredible relationships over the summer by attending events and meetings with our staff and members. And their impact continues as they stay connected to our community while at school.

In your college journey, you carry a piece of Novus with you, and you'll always have a place here.

Thank you for an unforgettable summer. And we can't wait to see you again over the Christmas holiday.

Congratulations to our Director of Operations, Liz Gulachenski, who is beginning her journey with the MetroWest Leadership Academy!

Leadership MetroWest's program brings community leaders together for a year-long experience: from a fall retreat to community service projects, site visits, and a curriculum built around positive, values-driven leadership.

Liz brings deep care, consistent leadership, and a dedication to belonging to everything she does at Novus. We can't wait to see what she brings back to our community, and to the people we serve and partner with, through this experience.

Congratulations, Liz. Well deserved. 👏
