Last but certainly not least, let’s introduce our **2026–2027 PTA President, Kayla Sparks!** 🎉

Hey y’all! 👋

I’ve been hanging around the **29661** since 1988! I married a good TR boy, and together we have two wild boys and a sweet Basset Hound named Darla. 🐾❤️🎀

I’m proud to say that I’m a **Slater-Marietta Elementary alumna**, and now I get to watch my own children attend the same school I grew up loving. 💚🌊

My family used to have a small business here in town and served our community whenever we could. I’m incredibly proud to continue that tradition of giving back and serving our community.

When I’m not at school, my favorite thing to do is make memories with my family and friends. You can usually find me **camping, racing, fishing, or hanging out at the lake.** 😉🏕️🏁🎣🌊

I’m looking forward to serving our students, staff, and families this school year and making it a great one for our Greenwaves!

And remember… **someone has to replace me next year, so step on up if you wish!** 😂💚
