❤️ THE FIX THRIFT IS MORE THAN A THRIFT STORE. ❤️

When you walk through the doors of The Fix Thrift, you may see clothes, furniture, household items, and treasures waiting to find a new home.

But we see something much bigger.

We see people.
We see stories.
We see broken lives being restored.
We see opportunities to share the love of Jesus.

Our mission is simple:

REACH. TEACH. SEND.

We want to reach people right where they are, teach them the truth and love of Jesus, and ultimately send them out equipped to live a transformed life and help others.

✨ Meet Laura.

Laura is 52 years old. She began struggling with alcoholism as a teenager, and that addiction continued for nearly 30 years. She also experienced homelessness along the way.

Laura believed in God, but over the years, her addiction caused her relationship with Him to begin to wither.

Then, in 2021, Laura lost her mother. Her addiction intensified, and she found herself feeling lost, hopeless, and unsure of where to turn.

Then Laura found The Fix and our Day Shelter through Facebook.

She walked through the doors of The Fix Chapel. After a few visits, something began to change. Laura made the courageous decision to pursue a different life and entered our Fix Women’s Program.

Today, Laura is almost four months into The Fix. 🙌

And God is doing something beautiful.

Since being here, the Lord has been teaching Laura that people can be trusted again. He is teaching her how to love again, how to have patience, and how to hope again.

This is why The Fix Thrift exists.

Every donation.
Every purchase.
Every volunteer.
Every person who walks through our doors.

We aren’t just selling things.

We are investing in people.
We are helping rebuild lives.
We are creating opportunities for restoration.
And most importantly, we want to point people to Jesus—the One who truly saves and transforms lives. ❤️

So the next time you shop at The Fix Thrift, remember that you are part of something bigger than a thrift store.
