Derek Carr has had 5! Different coaches in 8 years. He has Lost his number 1 WR 3 different times now. He’s dealt with more adversity this season alone then any QB in the History of the NFL with having lost his Young WR due to a DUI involving death and His HC Gruden Resigning in shame and all the questions he’s had to answer in the media involving those things. Yet Carr still praises God every chance he gets and goes out every Sunday and performs at a high level. His leadership is second to None he’s a Leader of men. The greatest Leader this team has ever had. That’s a true Champion Idc what y’all say.
