Come Ride the Trolley! June 1st, 5 to 8 P.M.

Featured attractions include the very unique former Conestoga Transportation Company "Birney" Car #236, which is restored and operates on a short section of track.

Roasting Peanuts, Model Trains Running, Visit the Society's, Stiegel Glass and Iron displays and of course the restored Manheim Railroad Station.

The Manheim Lions Club would like to invite the public to an open meeting featuring a presentation from Anne and Chloe Phillips representing the Special Olympics.
The Special Olympics mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic sports for people with Intellectual Disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

The event will take place on Monday, March 6th at the Manheim Train Station located at 210 South Charlotte Street
Doors open at 6:45 PM
The presentation will start at 7 PM

When wondering what to do about your grandparent’s or aunt’s photo album or scrap books; or Manheim Memorabilia think about donating to the Manheim Historical Society.

The Society has thousands of photographs of many, many families and locations in the Manheim Central District. We are always looking for more photos and stories.

The Society is dedicating our page to a random sampling of local photographs from our files. The Society would not have these photos, if someone had not thought to donate them!
