A great beginning to an incredible journey! 🌾

KARL Class XVIII officially kicked off their two-year leadership journey at our Genesis Seminar in Manhattan and Junction City. From learning more about themselves and each other to exploring what it means to lead with purpose, these 30 Associates are already building the connections and experiences that will shape their time in the KARL Program.

We’re excited to see where this journey takes them, and grateful to everyone who helped make their first seminar a success!
