The National Center for Home Food Preservation is excited to host a webinar on January 30 titled Botulism: Home Canning Enemy #1.

This webinar will focus on botulism risks associated with home canning and reinforce research-based practices critical for preventing Clostridium botulinum in low-acid foods.
