For more than 30 years, Wonder Workshop Children's Museum has been creating exceptional play and learning experiences for kiddos, and we make it our mission to ensure ALL kids have access to those experiences through scholarships and affordable fees.

If you're a longtime Wonder Workshop friend or you're finding us for the first time, we can't wait to see you Saturday! The kids' activities are free and the meal purchase is optional AND delicious! 😋

Join us this Saturday, June 6, for our first Preschool Explorations session of the summer! Each Saturday at 10:30am, we'll meet for story time, activities and free play in the museum. This session is perfect for those ages 2-5 years old, but siblings are always welcome!

Week 1 of our Think Big Summer Camp is in the books! We had a truly magical week of learning the ins and outs of the spy world. The highlights:

✨The Kansas State University Police Department visited and shared all about fingerprinting, drone work and their equipment (and answered all 486 questions the kids had!).
✨ We built obstacle courses and participated in spy training missions.
✨ We created our own spy gadgets, solved puzzles and made our way out of an escape room.
✨ We delighted in a huge bouncy water slide because even the best spies need a little down time.
✨ We visited the Riley County Police Department for a CSI lesson and tour of the facility (and they also so graciously answered all our many questions).
✨ We danced and played in the rain because spies need to be prepared for all conditions!

Each Tuesday, we'll be thanking the people and groups that help make these magical summers possible. This week, we'd like to start with the Daniel Keating Foundation and the Gregory P. St. Amand Memorial Fund for their generous contributions to our programs. Their support of our mission to bring this type of magic to ALL kiddos is crucial as we offer scholarships to our programs and keep the fees as low as possible. A huge thank you to both organizations who understand that all children deserve exceptional experiences!
