On Saturday our Alumni Board President James Troub was awarded the Greg Stein “Living the Motto” award. Phi Kappa Theta’s motto is “Give, expecting nothing thereof”. James has been an example of the motto during his tenure as the Alumni Board President of Kansas Iota. Thank you to brother James Troub for leading the way. At Phi Kappa Theta we have great alumni leadership!

Hi, I’m Nicholas Williams of Phi Kappa Theta. I’m a third-year Studio Drawing Major, and I personally like to draw, and read about different mythologies in my free time, sometimes I use those mythologies as artistic inspiration. My favorite memory while being a part of PKT is from my freshman year when I participated in a scavenger hunt that took me all across campus finding different landmarks and building bonds within the fraternity. A little fun fact about me is that I can play 3 different instruments, (alto/tenor) saxophone, bassoon, and some piano.

My name is Brian Blood and I’m majoring in Industrial Engineering. I restarted PhiKap in 2020, allowing for us to continue the over 100 year legacy. I really enjoy exploring cultures and volunteering for the Boy Scouts in my free time. I’ve study abroad in Korea and have done three internships during my time at K-State, while being a fourth-generation K-Stater. I really enjoy being here and enjoy finishing my year up.
