Sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is pause. 💜

Inspired by K-State’s Pause Day on Friday, yesterday’s Chapel at ECM invited students to slow down and explore the spiritual practice of walking a labyrinth—a time for prayer, reflection, and listening for God.

In the middle of busy schedules, we made room to breathe, be present, and remember that we don’t always have to rush to the next thing.
