Summer has arrived! Check out where we will be teeing it up this summer for the 2026 Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour Presented By Crown Buick GMC! ⛳📅

We are very excited to kick off our 17th year of the Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour on June 1st, 2026 at Cypress Lakes Country Club! If you haven't gotten your 2026 KGJGT Membership, now is the perfect time! Each member of the 2026 Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour will be granted immediate access to register to compete in up to seven (7) one-day events at $50 per event. Additionally, members will have the chance to earn a spot to play in two points-based invitational tournaments on July 20th at The Club at Diamondhead (BC Cup Championship) and July 23rd at TPC Louisiana (Tour Championship)! Members may earn their invite to compete in the two invitational tournaments by accruing Player of the Year points throughout the summer, as well as by finishing in the Top-3 of their age division in any tournament from Weeks 1-7. Invites to register for the BC Cup Championship and Tour Championship will be sent to players as they are earned throughout the summer.

Lunch and drinks will be provided to each player at every KGJGT tournament during the summer, and scholarship opportunities are available to eligible members of the 2026 KGJGT in conjunction with the Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Mentorship Program.

Each year the Kelly Gibson Foundation strives to provide all members of the Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour with high-quality, practical, and useful tee gifts. We are very excited for our members to take home their new tee gifts this year! Players will receive a custom KGF branded premium performance polo shirt, a custom KGF branded hat, a custom hybrid/wood headcover, a 1-hour lesson at the Rob Noel Golf Academy, an additional 1-hour TPI Evaluation with Guidry Golf And Sport, member discounts on all Allstate Sugar Bowl Fall Series events this year, the ability to earn Junior Golf Scoreboard ranking points to help them on their journey to college recruitment, opportunities to win college scholarships for members who are juniors in high school through 5th year seniors in college, and more surprises to come!

Mark your calendars for the LCMC Health Mackel Celebrity Scramble and The Mackel New Orleans Metro Championship Presented By LCMC Health!

We are excited to officially announce our partnership with LCMC Health and Lamarque Automotive Complex to produce the LCMC Health Mackel Celebrity Scramble on July 31, 2026 at Bayou Oaks at City Park - South Course! Proceeds from this event will benefit the Kelly Gibson Foundation's newest scholarship program - The Mackel Scholarship Fund supporting children of First Responders in the Greater New Orleans area!

The Kelly Gibson Foundation is proud to join Fletcher Mackel WDSU & Travers Mackel WDSU to produce The Mackel New Orleans Metro Championship Presented By LCMC Health! This year's championship will return to Bayou Oaks at City Park on August 1-2, 2026.

Tournament eligibility will be limited to men's amateur golfers ages 16+ residing in, hailing from, or attending college in the Greater New Orleans Area, including the following Parishes: Jefferson, Plaquemines, Orleans, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, & Washington. Applicants must be a 5.0 handicap or lower to compete. Applications are now available and will be due by the July 1st Registration Deadline. We are excited to announce that Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust has generously pledged to donate $1,000 to the Kelly Gibson Foundation for each Eagle made at the 2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans!

We can't thank the Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust enough for their continued support of the Kelly Gibson Foundation and our programming, which also includes the Oscar J. Tolmas Mentorship Program through the Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour, and the Swing Hard For Soldiers Scholarship Program.
